When I was 15, I asked U.S. Soccer how I could get involved in the game and they sent media guides for me to update. I then went on to host a radio show, write a weekly column, publish articles in "The New York Times" and "Soccer America" and manage a semi-professional team. All before I turned 18.

Since, I have worked in a range of environments and roles across the sports industry. Learning from peers and executives allowed me to gain an holistic education of each business, work on cross-departmental projects and establish genuine relationships.

​I realized the importance of collaboration and developed a love for innovation, research and story-telling.

If I just keep asking “Why,” then I will eventually get to the true cause of the problem. It is important to support decisions with data but I must also ask a series of thoughtful and provocative questions.  I search for the balance between the big picture and detail, short and long term, possibilities and limitations, internal and external partners, analytic and irrational thoughts, print and digital.

There is nothing quite like the thrill of solving complex problems and drawing comprehensive connections that lead to actionable results. I strive to synthesize research, strategy, creative, integration, activation, engagement and expansion, and to be the liaison between business and creative.
